Shipping policy

At Solvala, we are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, delivering directly to your door via a network of trusted international shipping partners and local couriers.

You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

 

1. Shipping & Fulfillment Process

- Handling Time: We require between 1–2 business days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take slightly longer, especially around major holidays (up to 5 business days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing temporary stock availability issues.

- Address Changes: We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Because our automated fulfillment systems begin processing orders rapidly, address changes or modifications can only be accommodated within the 1-hour cancellation window specified in our Return Policy. Once an order passes this 1-hour mark and enters fulfillment, no changes can be made.

- Shipping Schedule: We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

- Split Shipments: For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in our manufacturing and printing partners’ locations.

 

2. Tracking Your Order

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.

Please Note: For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update dynamically in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no movement on your tracking number, please reach out to our team at support@officialsolvala.com.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:

- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 Business Days

Note: The timelines listed above are estimates in business/working days and do not include our 1–2 day processing time. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, Solvala cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, statutory holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, or local carrier disruptions. These interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

4. Duties, Taxes, and Custom Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Solvala has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused at customs by the recipient and returned to our facility, the customer is legally responsible for any import taxes, customs penalties, and return shipping costs incurred. All such costs will be deducted directly from the customer’s product refund.

Customs policies vary widely by country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions regarding potential import fees before placing your order.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- Lost or Stolen Packages: Solvala relies exclusively on carrier tracking updates to confirm successful deliveries. If your tracking information officially states that your package was "Delivered" to your address but you have not received it, Solvala is not liable. Please report the missing package and/or file a theft claim directly with your respective shipping carrier.

- Damaged Packages: If your items are physically damaged during transport, please do not file a carrier claim. Instead, immediately capture photo/video evidence and refer to Section 4 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items) of our Return & Refund Policy to secure a free replacement or verified refund. All damage claims must be reported to support@officialsolvala.com promptly upon delivery receipt.
